Keto Cheese Bread (Camila Kost's Version)
INGREDIENTS (10 rolls)
▪️ 85g almond flour (or 65g coconut flour)
▪️ 160g shredded cheese 🧀 (I used half mozzarella, half parmesan)
▪️ 2 eggs 🥚🥚
▪️ 1 teaspoon of baking powder
▪️ 50g crispy bacon (optional)
▪️ 10 cheese squares (optional).
👩🍳 PREPARATION
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C 🌡.
2. In a large bowl, mix the almond flour and baking powder.
3. Add the shredded cheese and eggs. Mix well 🥣 until all the ingredients are combined. Add the bacon and mix (optional).
4. Divide the mixture into 10 medium-sized balls, covering the cheese squares, and place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Place the balls spaced apart.
5. Bake for 25 minutes ⏲ or until the top of the bread is golden.
