General purchasing conditions

The Legal Notice published on this website identifies the owner in accordance with Article 10 of the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce and contains information on the personal data protection policy.

The products offered on this page are intended for consumer use, so the purchase contract is concluded upon the customer's express confirmation of their order. For this reason, Nuria Nuño G. recommends reading the legal notice and these general conditions in full before accepting the order.

This contract is entered into within the legal framework established for Electronic Commerce by Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, taking into account Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the regulation of retail trade, Law 7/1998, of April 13, on general contracting conditions, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and Law 3/2014, of March 27. The contracting conditions are as follows:

Product features. The features of the products offered on this site appear on the screen along with their visual identification.

Prices. The prices in effect on the website at the time of order placement will apply. The price of each product is detailed next to each product. VAT is included and will be detailed later in the purchasing process. There is no minimum purchase amount.

Languages ​​in which orders can be placed: Spanish.

Steps to follow for placing orders. Select the items you're interested in, enter the quantity, and click the "Add to Cart" button to add them to your shopping cart. At any time, you can view the contents of your shopping cart, where you'll see the selected items, their prices, and shipping costs. From this same window, before submitting your order, you can correct, change, or cancel the selected products.

When you've finished selecting products, click "Checkout." You don't need to register to place an order; you can enter your details as a guest. If you prefer to register on our website, you must provide your email address and create an account with your personal details. If you're already registered as a user, you'll need to enter your credentials. Once your details are validated, the delivery address will be confirmed and the shipping cost will be calculated.

Afterwards, you will need to accept the Purchase Conditions by checking the acceptance box. As a final step, you will need to choose your payment method and be redirected to the payment gateway. Once completed, you will receive confirmation of your purchase.

Order tracking. Once the order is placed, it will be archived so it can be accessed online until delivery.

Order Receipt Confirmation. Each time the company receives an order, a confirmation email is sent within 24 hours of receipt, except in the case of orders received on holidays or weekends, in which case confirmation will be sent the next business day after receipt.

Payment Methods. Keto Store offers several ways to accept payment for orders. Each one has very high security standards to ensure safe payment.

Payment for the price of the products will be made using one of the methods indicated below:

  • Payment by credit card . Visa or MasterCard. Customers can choose to pay by credit card, with the transaction confirmed at the time the order is placed.
  • Payment by Paypal . The user is aware that payment by this method implies acceptance of Paypal's privacy policy, which is separate from that of this website.
  • Payment with iDEAL. Direct bank transfer payment method. Users are aware that payment by this method implies acceptance of iDEAL's payment terms, which are separate from those of this website.
  • Payment with Bancontact. Direct payment application from the customer's bank account. Users are aware that payment by this method implies acceptance of Bancontact's payment terms, which are separate from those of this website.

Right of withdrawal . In accordance with the provisions of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 calendar days without needing to provide a justification, except in the case of legal exceptions.

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the date the contract is concluded. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us of their decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not mandatory. Both the email address and the postal address to which you may send your request appear at the end of these purchase conditions.

To determine compliance with the withdrawal deadline, the date of issue of the withdrawal statement will be taken into account. Keto Store will promptly notify the customer of receipt of said withdrawal on a durable medium if the customer exercises this right by email.

Keto Store will reimburse all payments received from the customer, including, where applicable, delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 calendar days of the date on which it was informed of the customer's decision to withdraw from the contract. Keto Store will make the refund using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless the customer expressly states otherwise and provided that the customer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund. However, if the customer has expressly selected a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method, Keto Store will not be obligated to reimburse any additional costs incurred.

The customer must return the products included in the order to Keto Store in perfect condition, without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which they communicate their decision to withdraw from the contract to Keto Store. This deadline will be deemed met if the customer returns the goods before the 14-calendar-day period has expired. The customer will only bear the direct costs of returning the order.

The client will be responsible for any decrease in the value of the securities resulting from handling them other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, or functioning.

Withdrawal form. Keto Store provides this form to customers who, having purchased a product on this website, wish to withdraw from the purchase contract. However, in order to facilitate the right of withdrawal, all fields on this form must be completed by the customer:

Applicable warranties . All products offered through the website are completely original, unless otherwise indicated in their description. All products have a two-year warranty period, in accordance with the criteria and conditions described in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

Shipping methods, delivery time and transportation

Shipping costs: Shipping costs are not included in the price of the products offered on the Website. Shipping costs will be displayed for express acceptance by the user before completing the purchase process and once the user has provided the shipping address for the order. You will be able to see the costs listed on the invoice. In the event of a return of the merchandise, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Keto Store will charge shipping costs within the Iberian Peninsula and the Canary Islands for orders under €39. Orders over this amount will be shipped free of charge.

Shipping costs in the Balearic Islands are €11, although if the order exceeds €99, shipping will be free.

Order shipment will be pending until all products are available. If the customer wishes to receive partial orders, they must contact Tienda Keto for details on the procedure to follow. To avoid delays in the delivery of available products, Tienda Keto recommends not mixing preorder products with available catalog products and placing orders separately.

Delivery and transport time: Keto Store uses the Correos agency for its shipments and if at any time it is possible, we will offer the customer a choice between those that can send their package.

The average delivery time is between 24 and 48 hours depending on the delivery address for products in stock. For all other products, it will be 7 business days from the date your order is placed, provided it is placed Monday through Friday before 5:00 PM. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed starting on Monday or the first business day.

The current shipping areas are mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and the Canary Islands.

Pricing Policy. Keto Store unilaterally reserves the right to modify the price of products offered through this website. The prices in effect at the time of order placement will apply, to guarantee the customer the accuracy of the product prices.

Online dispute resolution . In accordance with Article 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a free platform for the resolution of online disputes between consumers and Keto Store, without the need to resort to the courts. This platform, known as the Dispute Resolution Body, acts as an intermediary between the two parties. This body is neutral and will engage with both parties to reach an agreement and may ultimately suggest and/or impose a solution to the dispute. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction . These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by or construed in accordance with Spanish law insofar as it is not expressly provided for herein. The parties agree to submit to the courts and tribunals of the consumer's domicile any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products or services covered by these Terms and Conditions. If the consumer resides outside of Spain, the Parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction and submit to the Courts and Tribunals closest to the city of SANT POL DE MAR (Spain).
