Avocado mayonnaise

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 avocados
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
PREPARATION

Place the pulp of the 2 avocados in a glass. Add the juice of half a lemon, a pinch of pepper, a pinch of salt, and a drizzle of olive oil.

Mix as if it were mayonnaise, starting from the base of the glass and rising very slowly, until you have a mayonnaise-like consistency.

We transfer it to a container and serve.
