Roquefort Sauce
INGREDIENTS
Roquefort Cheese 50 gr
Psillium 2 tsp.
Almond milk 100 ml
PREPARATION
In a pan, place the almond milk. Add the Roquefort cheese and slowly break it up with a fork while it heats.
When it is integrated, we add 2 teaspoons of powdered psyllium .
We stir until we reach the desired consistency, leaving a thick, semi-liquid mass.
Serve in a bowl as a side dish or directly on the plate.
