Coconut wrap with peppers, mozzarella cheese and avocado
Ingredients:
- Red and green pepper
- Grated mozzarella cheese
- Avocado
Preparation:
- Cut the peppers into strips. Sauté them in a pan with a little oil or ghee . You can add any seasoning you like, or just a little salt. Once they're cooked, set aside.
- In the same pan, place the wrap and sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese on top. Wait for the cheese to melt slightly, keeping the pan on low heat. Then add the sliced avocado.
- We put a wrap on top. We turn it over, like a potato omelet.
1 minute for the flavors to blend. And that's it!
I serve it on a plate, and cut the quesadilla into triangles.
