0.5 carbs/100 gr: Brie, Camembert, Manchego, Gouda, Grana Padano.

1 to 3 carbs/100g: Blue cheeses

2.5 carbs/100 gr: Goat cheese

3 carbs/100 gr: Mozzarella

4 carbs/100 gr: Parmesan, Feta cheese, Fresh cheese,

4 to 7 carbs/100 gr: Ricotta

5 to 7 carbs/100 gr: Cream cheese
