PREPARATION
1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl: almond flour , cream cheese, xanthan gum, butter , egg and salt. Mix
and knead until a dough forms.

2. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes
and divide by 4.

3. Shape the dough into discs. If you find it difficult to handle, lightly grease your hands with oil.
4. Heat a pan with butter over very low heat
Cook the bread covered for 5 minutes.
or until the bottom is golden brown. Flip and cook, covered, for 5 more minutes.
