Nuria : My keto journey began after a cancer diagnosis. Several experts advised me to research the impact of sugar on tumor growth. After extensive research, and with the support of my oncologist, I adopted the keto diet at the start of my treatment. Although I'm aware that the diet alone doesn't cure cancer, I've seen significant improvements in my lab tests and increased metabolic efficiency.

Gabriela : My first introduction to keto came during menopause, when I was struggling with significant weight gain. After a visit to the endocrinologist and the shock of finding myself 30 kilos over my ideal weight, I immersed myself in the study of fat metabolism. Influenced by "The Obesity Code," I understood the importance of reducing carbohydrates, and I managed to lose many pounds.
