Keto Protein Sandwich Bread
INGREDIENTS (12 servings)

1. Preheat oven to 160°C
.
2. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese until smooth and add the eggs. Beat
until all lumps are gone. Add the protein, psyllium , baking powder, and salt. Mix well until combined. Add the apple cider vinegar and mix again.
3. Let it rest for 5 minutes
or until it becomes a sticky paste.
4. Grease a bread pan with butter/coconut oil or line with parchment paper and pour in the batter. Spread the batter evenly in the pan.
5. Bake for 40 minutes
, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
6. Let it cool for 10 minutes in the mold and then another 20 minutes until cutting.
