How to choose a good nut butter?
It's very easy: look at the ingredient list and, most importantly, make sure the nut appears first. Don't confuse nut butters with protein butters, which often use low-quality oils, polyols, and added protein.
What you didn't know about FITspread Golden
FITspread Golden has a history... we were in the middle of the Christmas campaign and we were forced to please our community with a new Spread.
The first version had too much almond, making it difficult to spread. It was our first crunchy spread, and adjusting it to find the perfect consistency wasn't easy, even though it may seem like it.
Peeled hazelnuts and chopped almonds, all at 94%, and the passion we put into each product. This is the FITspread Golden.
THIS IS THE KEY!
You've probably experienced the experience of grabbing a cream labeled "healthy" and ending up with an upset stomach. Replacing sugar with sugar alcohols that are harsh on the digestive system can help you label products as "no added sugar."
Our ethics and philosophy are based on noble formulas, crafted down to the last detail and, above all, eliminating maltitol as the first ingredient.
