INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tbsp. almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp. ghee butter
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 1 egg

STEP BY STEP

  • As simple as beating all the ingredients well.
  • TIP: add any spices you like (garlic powder, herbs, etc.)
  • Place the mixture in a microwave-safe glass container, the size you want the bread. Microwave everything for 90 seconds at medium power.
  • When finished, let it cool a little and cut the bread in half.
  • It becomes deliciously crispy if you fry it a little in a pan with a little ghee.
