INGREDIENTS (2 servings):
200 g of mascarpone cheese
2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
30 g of xylitol
PREPARATION
1. Place all ingredients in a bowl.
Beat until smooth. If the mascarpone is too thick, add a teaspoon of heavy cream.
2. Check the taste, add more sweetener or cocoa if needed.
3. Divide the mixture evenly between two glasses or bowls. Ready!
