    • Place the bowl of gelatin in the microwave for approximately 1 minute, or until the gelatin is completely dissolved. You can also do this in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  4. Add the Puree and Sweetener :

    • Stir the keto strawberry jam and sweetener into the dissolved gelatin mixture. Stir well to ensure everything is well combined. If you choose to use keto vanilla extract , add it at this step.
  5. Pour into Molds :

    • Pour the mixture into silicone gummy molds. You can find molds in different shapes and sizes, which will make your gummy treats even more fun.   6. Cool and Solidify :
