Fried konjac rice recipe

Ingredients:

Elaboration:
  1. Fry the garlic slices in avocado oil until lightly browned.
  2. Set the garlic oil aside, leaving only half a tablespoon in the pan with another half tablespoon of clarified butter (ghee) .
  3. Sauté the konjac rice with salt and pepper until the rice begins to pop.
  4. Set the rice aside and add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar . When the vinegar is heated, mix it with the rice.
  5. Push the rice aside and add the beaten eggs to make soft scrambled eggs.
  6. Mix and cover with eggs until set.
  7. Garnish with chives, fried garlic chips, and serve the garlic oil on the side!
