TIPS
- The maintenance phase is just as important, if not more so, than the rest. At this point, the goal is to avoid the undesirable yo-yo effect. If we maintain control and know how to compensate for excesses, we won't have to regain the weight.
- To avoid regaining lost weight, we recommend weighing yourself once a week, always on the same day at the same time, and wearing the same clothes. If you track weight weekly, this gain is more difficult.
- When celebrations or large meals arise, it's a good idea to make up for the extra food the following day with a full day of Phase 0, or with meal replacements.
