PREPARATION
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C

2. Prepare a 21cmx21cm pan covered with parchment paper and drizzled with olive oil.
3. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals until the cheese is melted (about 1 1/2 minutes).
4. Mix
the cheeses until combined and add the almond flour , baking powder, and egg. Mix and knead until a smooth dough forms.

5. Grease your hands
with olive oil and transfer the dough to the pan. Spread the dough with your hands and make dimples with your fingertips. Garnish with rosemary and coarse salt. Drizzle the dough with more olive oil.

6. Bake for 15 minutes
or until the surface is golden brown. Let cool for another 15 minutes. Cut the dough into 9 squares.
