PREPARATION
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C

2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and the two egg whites.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients: the almond flour , the psyllium , the butter , water, baking powder, xanthan gum, and salt. Mix
until a uniform mass is formed.

4. Divide the dough into 6 and create the elongated loaf shape
with each one. Place the loaves on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

5. Bake for 35 minutes
or until the dough is golden.

6. Let the bread cool for 10 minutes before assembling the choripanes.
