  2. In a large bowl, mix the almond flour and salt.

  3. In another bowl, beat the butter and vanilla packet until smooth and creamy.

  4. Add the egg and beat until well combined.

  5. Gradually add the almond flour mixture to the bowl of butter, mixing until the batter is smooth.

  6. Form small balls of dough (about 1 tablespoon of dough per cookie) and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

  7. Flatten each ball of dough with the palm of your hand or a fork to form a round cookie.

  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cookies are golden brown.

  9. Allow to cool completely before serving.
