- 1 cup of almond flour
- 1/4 cup ghee butter , at room temperature
- 1 large egg
- 1 packet of keto vanilla flavoring
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 180°C.

In a large bowl, mix the almond flour and salt. 
- 
In another bowl, beat the butter and vanilla packet until smooth and creamy.

Add the egg and beat until well combined.

 Gradually add the almond flour mixture to the bowl of butter, mixing until the batter is smooth.

Form small balls of dough (about 1 tablespoon of dough per cookie) and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
