Keto cauliflower hummus recipe

🛒 INGREDIENTS (4 servings)

▪️ 250 g raw cauliflower florets

▪️ 1/2 tablespoon of tahini

▪️ 2 cloves of garlic

▪️ 2 teaspoons of lemon juice

▪️ 2 tablespoons of olive oil

▪️ 1 tablespoon of water

▪️ Necessary amount of salt, smoked paprika and olive oil.

👩‍🍳 PREPARATION 1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, add the cauliflower, garlic, 1 tablespoon of oil, the water, and half a teaspoon of salt. Microwave for approximately 15 minutes, in 5-minute intervals, or until the cauliflower is soft and darkened.

2. Place the cauliflower mixture in a food processor. Add the lemon juice, tahini (optional), 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting the seasoning if necessary.

3. Serve the hummus in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil and a pinch of paprika.
